Have you ever wanted to communicate with spirits or ghosts? If so, you might be interested in learning about Instrumental Trans-Communication or ITC.

ITC is a method that uses electronic devices to communicate with the spiritual realm. One of the most popular devices used in ITC is the P-SB7 Spirit Box. In this post, I will teach you how to communicate with spirits using the P-SB7 Spirit Box in conjunction with the Sony ICD-ST25 digital recorder.

If you have seen any of my videos on my YouTube channel at GoldRush Paranormal, you will notice that one of my favorite methods of communicating with spirits is by using the P-SB7 Spirit Box in conjunction with the Sony ICD-ST25 Digital Recorder. I discovered a couple years ago that using the P-SB7 Spirit Box in Quiet Mode (only available on some versions) together with the white internal noise of the Sony ICD-ST25 digital recorder, it resulted in an absolutely amazing combination, when a solid connection with spirit was made.

Now, you don’t necessarily need to use the Sony ICD-ST25 Digital Recorder, but I have found through my experience that it’s one of the best digital recorders to use for capturing EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena).

If you don’t have the Sony ICD-ST25 digital recorder available as they are hard to come by, you can use any digital recorder as they should all work fairly well and the most important part of a digital recorder, is to have a means of recording your Spirit Box Sessions for review…so let’s begin.

STEP 1: PREPARATION

The first step in communicating with spirits using the P-SB7 Spirit Box is to make sure you are in a quiet and calm environment. You want to minimize any background noise or interference that might affect the quality of the recording. Find a place where you can sit comfortably and focus your attention.

STEP 2: SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT

To begin, turn on your Sony ICD-ST25 digital recorder and place it near the P-SB7 Spirit Box. The recorder will capture any voices or sounds that come through the Spirit Box. Next, turn on the P-SB7 Spirit Box and adjust the settings to your liking. You can experiment with the various modes and sweep rates to see what works best for you.

STEP 3: INITIATING COMMUNICATION

Once your equipment is set up, you can begin to communicate with the spirits. It’s important to start by introducing yourself and asking if there are any spirits present who would like to communicate. Speak clearly and slowly so that any spirits can hear you clearly. You can also ask specific questions to the spirits and wait for a response. Some people find it helpful to keep a notebook nearby to write down any responses they receive.

STEP 4: REVIEWING YOUR RECORDING

After you have finished communicating, it’s time to review your recording. Listen carefully to the audio and see if you can hear any responses from the spirits. You might need to listen several times to pick up any faint voices or sounds. It’s also a good idea to review your recording with other people to get a second opinion.

In conclusion, communicating with spirits using the P-SB7 Spirit Box and the Sony ICD-ST25 digital recorder can be a fascinating experience. While there is no guarantee that you will receive any responses, it can be a rewarding and interesting way to connect with the spiritual realm.
